IV and Oral use every cases

Do we always use IV and Oral contrast for Every Patient ?


   We may not use every patient for IV or Oral ,sometime we only use IV only or Oral only or Non contrast only at all.
 Examples:
  1. CT high resolution Chest where we are looking for lung infiltration is non contrast.
  2. CT renal stone where we are looking for renal calculus.
